As we all do our part to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), Fortress has implemented a range of procedures to safeguard the wellbeing of our team members, their families, our investors and the wider Barbadian community.

Our precautionary measures and operations are likely to be modified in response to the progress of the local COVID-19 situation, so we invite you to check back here or on any of our social media channels for any updates.

OFFICE CHANGES

May 18, 2020 - We’re pleased to once again be able to serve you in our physical office. For those times when a visit to our office is necessary, we encourage you to contact us in advance to ensure that the right team member will be available to assist you.

While in office, we will be observing several safety protocols including sanitising of hands upon entry and the wearing of masks by staff, clients and other visitors.

Where possible, we encourage you to continue to transact business with us electronically.

INVESTING AND REDEEMING SHARES

During this time, we will be accepting subscriptions only through online platforms, salary deductions or direct debits. Please read the new guidelines for investing in or redeeming funds from your mutual fund accounts.

MAIL AND DELIVERIES

Mail from the Barbados Postal Service should be placed in the mailbox next to our front door.

For deliveries, kindly use the drop box outside our entrance at the top of the steps.
